Astral Projection and Astral Travel

Wonderful concept, is it true?

Re: Wikipedia reference

Astral projection (or astral travel) is an interpretation of out-of-body experience (OBE) that assumes the existence of an “astral body” separate from the physical body and capable of traveling outside it.[1] Astral projection or travel denotes the astral body leaving the physical body to travel in the astral plane.

Astral projection assumes the existence of an Astral body that separates from the physical body. This phenomenon is also known as Out of body experience (OBE). There are different types of Astral travel. For instance, traveling in Astral Planes, in which no laws of physics are applicable. Then there is Real Time Projection (RTP), a realm that is like the physical world.
While you astral travel, you just need to think of a place and you are there, implying you travel with the speed of thought. While traveling in astral planes, you can create your own reality with the help of your subconscious mind. However, this is not applicable to Real Time Projection.
People usually achieve Astral Projection by
Conscious Relaxation: Where you relax your body and you enter a trance sort of a state
Visualization: Where you imagine yourself flying, traveling somewhere, or think of a falling state.
Vibrational State: It’s where your astral body tries to leave the physical body. This is the most difficult part in inducing an astral projection; however, with some practice you can overcome your hurdles.

I wonder what would you do if you can astral project.

    Hi Muneeb,

First of all, thanks for bringing this new concept to me, I”m excited although finding it fascinating.

I’ve a question. When I experience astral travel and imagine myself flying elsewhere – do the people actually see me or its only me seeing them? Will it be real (implying, I will see real time happenings) or it will be just a wonderland?
